Message from the Principal

As August comes to a close, we are so proud of the positive energy, curiosity, and enthusiasm our students have brought to school these first few weeks. Thank you for your partnership in helping us create a welcoming and supportive environment where every child can thrive.

At Westwood, we believe in our motto: One Team, One Dream, One Westwood. Together—with students, families, and staff—we are building a school culture where every child is encouraged to be their very best.

Looking Ahead:

  • Exciting events and learning experiences are coming in September, including celebrating Hispanic Hertiage month, field trips, early literacy initiatives, and opportunities for family engagement.

  • Stay tuned for ways to get involved and support your child’s growth—every small connection helps our students shine!

Thank you for your continued support as we close out August and prepare for an amazing month ahead.

With gratitude,

Alesa Smith
