Message from the Principal

Dear Westwood Families,

Welcome to the first week of March! We are looking forward to a wonderful week of learning and community here at school.

While students will be participating in some assessments over the next few days, including AMIRA and Beacon testing, we are proud of the hard work they’ve shown all year. These assessments help us better understand student progress and guide our instruction to meet their needs. We encourage students to get plenty of rest, eat a good breakfast, and come to school ready to do their best.

The highlight of our week will be our annual Westwood Roundup! This is always such a special evening for our school community. Be sure to look for flyers and additional information coming home, and mark your calendars for Friday evening. We can’t wait to see our families come together for a great time filled with fun and connection.

Thank you for your continued support. Let’s make it a fantastic week at Westwood!

With Gratitude,

Alesa Smith
