Message from the Principal
Dear Westwood Families,
It has been absolutely wonderful having our students back in the building this week. The hallways were full of energy, and it was great to see everyone settling right back into their academic routines with such enthusiasm.
Coming off of a break can sometimes be an adjustment, but our students and staff handled the transition beautifully. We’ve had a highly productive first week back, and the momentum in our classrooms is exactly where it needs to be as we head deeper into the semester.
As we look ahead, we are incredibly excited for the last two weeks of October. This is always a fun and bustling time of year on campus, with the fall season fully underway and several exciting classroom activities and school events on the horizon. Please be sure to review the upcoming dates section of this newsletter so you don't miss out on anything we have planned.
Thank you, as always, for your continued partnership and support in making our school community so special. Let’s make the rest of October spectacular!
Wishing you a wonderful week!
One Team. One Dream. One Westwood!
With Gratitude,
Alesa Smith
